Questions
Before you start
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- You choose a plan and add a payment method to keep going. Nothing is charged automatically while you are on trial.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings and you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, then choose the new plan. You are never charged for two plans at once.
- What counts as a team member?
- Anyone with their own sign-in: an Owner, a Manager, or a Member. Each plan's limit is the number of active people, not how many you have ever added.
- Which plan do I need for WhatsApp?
- WhatsApp is on every plan. Facebook and Instagram lead forms are on Growth and Business.
- What if a payment fails, or I do not renew?
- You get a grace period to fix a failed payment. After that your workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in and see everything, and new enquiries from your portals and WhatsApp are still recorded. Nothing is deleted.
